How are the cards made?

Each card is designed and generated locally and printed on textured cardstock with a matte finish.
The cards are big. Will I need more postage?

Our cards are intentionally big. You’re taking the time to recognize the special people in your life, and we want them to feel special. The beauty of our cards is that their size makes an impression, but they aren’t so big that you need extra stamps!! A standard Forever Stamp is enough. And, remember, for a small, extra fee, we will sign and send the card for you, so you never have to go to the post office.
What's the difference between customization and personalization?

Customizing a card (free) enables you to change the message of the card, for example changing a pronoun from her to him or they or changing a test name from SAT to ACT or LSAT. Personalizing the card (extra charge) means that we’ll hand-sign it and mail it for you.
I want a design that I don't see. Can you make it for me?

We can certainly try. If we can get you want you want, it will be our pleasure. If we can’t, we’ll try to connect you to someone who can.
Can I place a bulk order?

Of course! We have many educators who buy in bulk so they have the cards on hand throughout the application cycle. We also have test prep professionals, real estate agents, financial advisors, and other small business owners who purchase our Thank You cards in bulk so they can send one to each new client.
